How do I order custom sugar cookies?
Contact us via our website or email us at nicole@sweetinis.com with the details of your order. We kindly ask for 2 weeks notice for decorated sugar cookie orders. When contacting the shop, please let us know the date, location, pick up or delivery, number, and general theme of your event. Please be sure to include any pictures or images that you'd like your cookies to look like or for us to reference for decorating. You can also order via our "Order Online" button.
What is the price of sugar cookies?
Sugar cookie pricing is dependent on several variables including size and intricacy of design. Typically a sugar cookie is approximately 3-4" in size and start at approximately $4.00 per cookie. More elaborate and intricate designs require more labor and thus incur additional costs. Each cookie is hand rolled, cut, baked, and decorated. We then carefully package each cookie according to your preference, heat sealed or with a ribbon. Your cookies will be delivered or shipped in a bakery box.
Can I order cookies to be shipped?
We can ship almost any type of sugar cookie around the US. We can ship any quantity of cookies. We've shipped as little as 6 and as much as 3,000. We ship via the USPS, UPS, or via courier service if the order warrants it. We individually pack each sugar cookie with great care in order to ensure your product arrives safely and in tact. We cannot take responsibility for damage, breakage, lost or delayed orders at the fault of the USPS, UPS, or a 3rd party courier service.
Do you offer gluten free, dairy free, or vegan cookies?
Sweetini's utilizes wheat flour, eggs, milk from dairy cows, and sour cream. Colors, sprinkles, and all ingredients, used by Sweetini's are not allergen free and may contain wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, and/or sesame. While we do not bake with nuts, we cannot guarantee there has not been cross contamination from other ingredients.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment instructions and timing will be outlined either in the initial price quote generated by our system, or by a member of our team via email. Payment must be made in full at least 2 weeks prior to pick up or delivery of your order. For larger orders, bulk orders, and weddings, a deposit will likely be required. Payments can by made through our website via credit card, PayPal, or by mail in cash or check. All sales are final.
Where are you located?
We are located in Ottsville, PA 18942 off of route 611. We are approximately 10 miles north of Doylestown, PA 18901. We will deliver to locations approximately 1 hour from our location. For orders outside of our 1 hour delivery radius pick up is required.
Do you bake with nuts or other allergens?
We bake with wholesome ingredients that contain allergens. We do not bake peanuts, however, we cannot guarantee zero cross contamination from peanuts or any of the major allergens as defined by the FDA (Food & Drug Administration): egg, milk, wheat (gluten), soy, peanut, tree nuts, and sesame.
